Focus & attention
Clarify what deserves your attention, identify what repeatedly pulls it away, and develop workable patterns for returning to the task.
Private behavioral wellness practice
Private, one-to-one behavioral support for adults ready to master focus, reshape personal patterns, and build lasting follow-through.
01 / Focus
What this practice addressesThis practice is built for adults who understand what they want to change but still find themselves caught between intention and execution.
Clarify what deserves your attention, identify what repeatedly pulls it away, and develop workable patterns for returning to the task.
Surface the loops that keep repeating and build deliberate interruption points that make a different response possible.
Turn goals into concrete behaviors that can survive imperfect schedules, variable motivation, and ordinary setbacks.
Close the distance between knowing what to do and consistently doing it through structure, reinforcement, and review.
02 / Process
Each engagement begins with the individual, not a prewritten curriculum.
We identify the goal, the current pattern, the context around it, and what meaningful progress would look like.
Your sessions are organized around the patterns and constraints uncovered during intake—not a generic sequence.
Purposeful conversation, behavioral conditioning, and hypnosis are integrated as appropriate to reinforce practical change.

B.A. Psychology · NGH Certified Hypnotist
My work starts from a simple observation: people often understand their patterns long before they are able to change them consistently. A psychology background gave me a foundation for understanding behavior and cognition; training through the National Guild of Hypnotists added another structured method for working with attention, reinforcement, and pattern interruption.
My Healthy Aura was created as a private alternative to generic coaching systems and one-size-fits-all self-help. Each engagement is built around the participant’s actual goals, context, and obstacles, using purposeful conversation, behavioral conditioning, and hypnosis within one coherent framework.
The practice is deliberately small. That allows me to prepare carefully, work one-to-one, and treat privacy as part of the service—not as an afterthought.

Behavioral work is most useful when it is specific enough to apply on an ordinary Tuesday—not just compelling during a session.
Hypnosis is integrated into the broader structure where appropriate. It is not presented as a standalone cure, a performance, or a replacement for licensed medical or mental-health care.
04 / Methodology
Three methods are integrated into a single individualized framework. They are not packaged as disconnected services or delivered from a fixed script.
Structured, purposeful dialogue surfaces recurring patterns, clarifies the goal, and identifies where intention breaks down in daily life.
Practical, repeatable frameworks help change the cues, responses, and reinforcement patterns that shape everyday follow-through between sessions.
NGH-certified hypnosis protocols may be integrated to support attention, pattern disruption, and reinforcement at a deeper level when suitable for the participant’s goals.
A standard curriculum assumes that similar goals have similar causes. In practice, two people can struggle with the same outward behavior for completely different reasons. Sessions are therefore structured around the participant’s patterns, constraints, and definition of progress, with the method adjusted as useful information emerges.
05 / Pilot phase
Limited founding cohortA structured pilot phase for adults ready to engage seriously with behavioral change—and provide thoughtful feedback as the practice develops.
The cohort is intentionally small so each engagement can receive focused preparation and review.

Private intakeThe first step is a structured behavioral intake—not a generic contact form. Your answers provide the context needed to determine whether the practice is a good fit and how an initial session should be organized.
